Bio-sauna is the modern alternative of traditional Finnish sauna and it is designed for all those who suffer from high temperatures. Bio sauna is a sauna with a humid atmosphere, with a high temperature of about 50/60 °C and a humidity of 60/70%. In order to achieve this particular environment, it must be installed in the sauna, a BIO-HEATER, which is a traditional sauna heater with rocks heating elements in where is a steam generator (a water tank with a heating element inside).

A bio sauna has a triple importance. It creates a balance between temperature and humidity in the space, but also it can be sauna only (with a maximal temperature 110 ° C) or it can be converted in a room with a high wet, but anyways, it cannot be compared with a Turkish bath. From the control unit, you can change the temperature (80/90 ° C) and the humidity level, in order to have a traditional sauna. Otherwise, you will have a very wet room.

What is a Bio Sauna for?

  • It is confirmed that bio-sauna, also called sanatorium, improves the cardiovascular apparatus.
  • The bio sauna was used as an instrument of beauty. Its heat bath in a soft temperature allows our skin to breathe, by eliminating toxins and impurities through sweat and dead skin cells that will be immediately soft, sleek, and bright. Also, the bio sauna has some benefits in our metabolism: by increasing heart beat, it burns fat and eliminates juices. Remember: It is a valuable ally in detoxifying the body, but not a means of losing weight.
  • Often bio-sauna is recommended as a rehab for people who have had an heart attack. Heart muscles are strengthen with 120 beats per minute that the heart can reach within the sanatorium.
